I'm Anita Kapás, the founder of AMT, and I’m delighted to welcome you to my webpage.

When I first began my journey in massage therapy, I had no idea that it would ignite a lifelong passion for learning. The human body is endlessly fascinating, and every day I discover something new that deepens my understanding. This ever-evolving knowledge keeps me fully engaged in this field, and I’m committed to learning as much as I can.

My foundational studies began in Hungary, where I mastered the basics of Swedish and Refreshing Massage, Spinal Regeneration Techniques, Lymphatic Massage, and Soft Chiropractic. I then advanced my expertise by earning my ITEC Level 3 Swedish Massage Certificate at Gateway Workshop in England and further specialized in Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping Therapy. My educational journey is ongoing, as I continually seek out new techniques and knowledge to better serve my clients.

What I love most about this profession is its diversity. No two clients, pains, or challenges are ever the same. Each person reacts uniquely to treatment, which is why I believe in tailoring every session to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

Some of my clients simply want to unwind—escaping the stresses of daily life, if only for an hour. This “me time” is an opportunity to relax completely, free from the demands of children, spouses, work, or household chores.

Others come to me seeking healing, determined to overcome pain and discomfort. By following my guidance and making small adjustments, they often experience significant improvements—better posture, reduced stiffness, increased energy, and an overall sense of well-being.

Both approaches are equally valid, and my goal is always to support the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of each client to the best of my ability.

Every treatment and piece of advice I provide is personalized. If needed, I’ll even research a client’s specific condition to ensure that I’m offering the most effective care possible. My dedication to this profession is reflected in the fact that most of my clients come to me through word-of-mouth recommendations.
