Cancellation of appointment

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone due to inappropriate behaviour, illness, unrealistic expectations, repeated cancellations or other reasons!

When booking an appointment, a deposit of 50% of the handling fee must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.

You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment, otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. 

In the case of a cancelled/forgotten appointment, 100% of the booked service will be charged next time.
